Carol Vorderman showed off her incredible figure in a plunging white swimsuit as she continued her holiday in Wales.

The TV presenter rocked the swimming costume which featured lace-up detailing on the front.

Sharing the daring picture on Instagram, Carol said: “Another day….another excuse to get in a costume and on the water…. Happy Whatever Day It Is everyone.”

The 60-year-old has spent a lot of her Welsh holiday paddle boarding and sharing her experiences with fans.

However, this time, she opted for something a little sexier.

The presenter has been making the most of the last of her summer mornings and crafted a morning routine which means she’s awake before the rest of the world has even lifted their heads off their pillows.

On Monday, the former Countdown star showcased her cinched waist and famous curves as she posed for a photo in her wetsuit.

Elsewhere, she allowed her natural beauty to shine through in the Instagram post as she went completely makeup-free.

“New wetsuit onesie,” she captioned the post.

“Guess who’s been out from dawn, paddling for her breakfast?”

Earlier this year, Carol was excited to share the results of her keto diet with fans.

She had been embarking on a health journey and aimed to lose weight with the keto diet.

Alongside a photo of her incredibly toned tummy, she wrote: “I’ve found an “ab”.

Carol also shared an odd coffee hack with fans.

She insisted adding a spoonful of butter to her coffee helped transform her intermittent fasting routine.

Carol tried out a keto diet

“I tell you now I have never been less hungry in my life, because of a knob of butter in my coffee in the morning,” she said.

“So I’m doing this intermittent fasting thing. I’ve gone 20 hours without food, not felt a little bit hungry and I’m now having proper bacon – not the rubbish kind – and fresh, fresh, local eggs, everything local and I can’t wait.

She added: “And I’m dropping the weight. It’s brilliant this.”

Adding butter to coffee is a popular technique for those aiming to lose weight by ketosis. Fans say it helps them feel full and curbs cravings.
