Jake Paul is doing his best to wind Tommy Fury up by claiming his girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague once slid into his DMs.
The YouTuber and boxer is clearly hoping to goad Tyson Fury’s little brother into a fight by suggesting that Molly-Mae was interested in him first.
Although he doesn’t go into any details about what the message allegedly contained, he says it was sent before she met Tommy on Love Island.
Molly and Tommy have been loved up ever since they met on the ITV2 dating show in 2019.
Standing in the street with a Fight Club belt slung over his shoulder and numerous gold chains around his neck, Jake called Tommy “weak” as he discussed who he wanted to fight next.
He claimed: “Oh and Tommy’s girlfriend DMed me before they were on that reality show.”
“So it’s your girl,” he laughed before turning away from the camera.
It comes after Jake hit back at claims that his knockout win over former UFC fighter Ben Askren was a fix.
After Jake came out victorious in what was only his third professional boxing match, Askren was pictured laughing with his wife as he returned backstage, prompting people to question the outcome of the fight.
Jake hit back, tweeting: “Everyone saying the fight was rigged is tweeting off their moms WiFi”
He added: “I’ve been in training camp every day, I deserved that s**t. This is the craziest moment of my life.
“I told you I was going to do it in the first round. I told you all I’m a real fighter.
“I don’t know how many times I’ve got to prove myself that this is for real.
“This is for Shadow, my security guard who passed away 10 days ago. He told me I would knock him out in the first round, he said he had a vision in a dream.
“This has been the hardest 10 days of my life, I’ve had to hold it together to keep this fight going.
“I’m just honoured to be here. Just a couple of years ago, my teachers would make fun of me in class, telling me I can’t do nothing, telling me I wasn’t smart.
“My schoolmates making fun of me, I used to landscape. I just had a dream and I chased it and worked hard.
“To think I’m here standing next to these legends, it’s unbelievable.”
Jake, 24, later appeared in a video in which he poured money out of a bag onto the ground as he sat outside.
He claims that his fight generated $65 million after 1.3m people bought it on pay-per-view.
As he picks the money up, he asks: “Who should I retire next?”
He also boasts about how he used to landscape gardens for $10 an hour.
Molly-Mae’s representatives did not want to comment.
The Mirror has also contacted Tommy’s representatives.
