The La Isla Bonita singer is having a movie about her life made, with Oscar-winning screenwriter Diablo Cody signing up to create it.
However, she recently reportedly drop out of the project as Madonna is “too difficult” to work with.
Amid the drama, the 62-year-old took to Instagram to share a topless photo of herself as she rocked a smokey eye and endless necklaces.
“Why do I have to Explain Everything……..,…….,” she captioned the post along with a bunny emoji.
Her hair was ironed straight and completely covered her chest area.
Meanwhile, as Diablo – who is best known for her work on Juno and Jennifer’s Body – dropped out, a source revealed that the two initially made “good progress.”
A source told The Sun: “Madonna and Diablo spent weeks working on the screenplay and made good progress.
“But Madonna is understandably very particular about how she wants it to be. She’s a perfectionist and because it is about her life, she is being very careful about how things come across.
“Diablo needed more freedom to be able to make it work and ultimately decided she couldn’t contribute any more.”
The insider also said that Universal Picture has been looking for a new writer, but the Queen of Pop “isn’t going to let a movie get made which she doesn’t feel is authentic to her experiences.”
News of the biopic was announced in September 2020.

According to Madonna, the movie will take viewers on the “incredible journey that life has taken me on as an artist, a musician, a dancer – a human being, trying to make her way in this world.”
She also added: “There are so many untold and inspiring stories and who better to tell it than me. It’s essential to share the roller coaster ride of my life with my voice and vision.”
